Competition. To the extent that any conflict exists between these Terms and Conditions and any specific Official Rules and
Regulations, the Official Rules and Regulations for that Competition in which you choose to participate shall govern.
Except as otherwise specified in the Official Rules and Regulations or other documentation pertaining to a Competition, you
retain any rights to ownership in any materials posted, uploaded or otherwise sent to our Web site by you; MESH01 will not
gain ownership rights to this material. By posting, uploading or otherwise sending designs to us or our Web site for a
competition, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) us a perpetual, royalty-free,
irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to
use, reproduce and publish the same, including the right, at MESH01's sole discretion, to distribute to third parties.
With respect to any other material posted, uploaded or otherwise sent, except as otherwise specified in the Official Rules
and Regulations or other documentation pertaining to a Competition, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights
has expressly granted) us the same license as set forth above, with the additional license to modify, adapt, translate,
create derivative works from, and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium or
technology, including the right, at MESH01's sole discretion, to distribute such materials to be published by third parties.
You waive any and all rights, including, without limitation, any rights arising under Chapter 7 of the Copyright and Related
Rights Act 2000 applicable to European Union residents, and all rights of a similar nature in any jurisdiction in any material,
which you post, upload or otherwise send to MESH01 or it's Web site, such waivers being in favor of MESH01.
Mesh01 expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with competition submissions. Mesh01 reserves the right to
remove content and competition submissions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Mesh01 also reserves the right
to terminate a user's access to the Website at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
The following rules of conduct apply to your use of the Website and to any and all materials you post on the Website, including User Submissions whether the User Submission is included in blogs, discussion groups, emails, profiles, comments, or any other portion or feature of the Website.
You may not, in connection with the Website:
- Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any User Submission that is libelous or defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, unlawful or plagiarized (except to iterate when given express permission);

Mesh01 may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Mesh01 account and access to the Website and any other Mesh01 services. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to: (a) breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions or any other incorporated agreements or guidelines; (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies; (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions); (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Website (or any part thereof); (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems; (f) extended periods of inactivity; (g) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities; and/or (h) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Website or any other Mesh01 product.
