In order to participate in our platform and community, we will ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable informtion may include but is not limited to:

We only retain user-submitted personally identifiable information for those who have completed the registration process and accepted our terms of use. You may browse this website without registration, but you must register in order to view the details of or participate in any surveys or tests.

In addition to personally identifiable information acquired through user-registration, we also collect Usage Data.

Usage Data is automatically collected when visiting this website. Usage data may include information such as your device’s IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of this site you visited, the time spent on those pages, unique device IDs and other site visitation data.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Our platform & community are built and run in ISO27001 and SOC2 accredited application servers and data centers. Data is encrypted at rest and
in transit. We have continuous security monitoring, and immediate response and recovery processes. We perform periodic independent security reviews and penetration testing. Network users (testers,
brands and administrators), access the platform through authorization and access-controls.

The security of your personal data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Children's Privacy

This site is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years old, please do not provide any information on this website. If you are the parent of a child under the age of 13, and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately (privacy@MESH01.com) and we will promptly take steps to remove their information.

Use of Your Personal Data

We do not resell or distribute your information without your express permission. We use this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems; provide the services and customer support you request
  • Prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our Site Policies; customize, measure and improve our services, content and advertising

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

The General Data Protection Regulation applies to all individuals residing in the European Union. Users for which GDPR is applicable have the right to know what data is collected, the right to access that data, rectify the data if it is incorrect or incomplete, and request the deletion of their personal data.

MESH01 collects most personally identifiable data for registered users. Users can access their data via the User Dashboard in the MESH01 platform, using their username and password established during registration. In the User Dashboard, you can view and edit your profile.

Personally identifiable information (including name, email address, physical address and other data points) are obtained from users via their expressed intent in registering for the MESH01 platform and subsequently by contributing to the community, via surveys and tests. Users can leave the platform via request by emailing privacy@mesh01.com.

Personally identifiable information not available in the User Dashboard exclusively includes unique web identifiers collected via site visitation. This data is comprised of IP address, cookie ID, device ID and sometimes account name. To be removed from these tracking technologies, please see below Digital Data Opt Out.

CCPA (California Consumer Protection Act)

The California Consumer Protection Act protects all individuals who reside in California when they are both inside or outside of the state of California. These users have the right to know what data is being collected, access their data, have their data deleted, and the opportunity to opt out of data-driven
targeting across marketing channels and any data sales.

Registered users who wish to delete their personal data can do so by emailing privacy@mesh01.com. Users who have not registered with the MESH01 platform and who have not provided personal data via
a survey will not have any personal data stored with us.

Users who wish to opt out of digital data collection, leveraged for marketing purposes and analytics, can do so by following the guidelines below in the Digital Data Opt Out section.

We do not sell data to any third parties.

Digital Data Opt Out

We use technologies, such as cookies, to customize content and advertising and analyze traffic to this site. Google Analytics gives us purview to site visitation including frequency and time spent. Through the use of Facebook Custom Audiences, we are able to target more relevant new users and expose them to the MESH01 network and community, as well as gather insights into media performance.

Account Deactivation and Deletion

You can deactivate your account at any time by logging into your User Dashboard, navigating to Profile and toggling the Available to Test button off.

Once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over these sites and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services. We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting other sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.
